Cancellation Policy
Customers must arrive 15 minutes earlier than their booking time to account for any joining problems, technical difficulties, and to allow gamemasters to explain the rules and how the game works. We allow a 10 minute grace period after your booking start time, however after this time your game will be classed as a 'NO SHOW' and your game will be cancelled. You will NOT be refunded if your game is classed as a 'NO SHOW', and you have not attempted to contact us. Cancellation policy: Must contact up to 12 hours before your booking to cancel for a full refund; or to move your booking. Please contact mia@cloakanddaggergames.co.uk if you wish to cancel or move your booking. If you are experiencing technical issues or problems joining, please contact mia@cloakanddaggergames.co.uk, or phone Mia at 07932 916651. To reiterate, if you HAVE NOT contacted us, then after the 10 minute grace period your booking will be classed as a ‘NO SHOW’ and you will NOT be refunded.
